I would recommend to skip this place if you are hungry, booze and atmosphere were ok though if that is your only goal.By KERRY SMITH, EDITOR, ST. I would hope that this one server is not completely representative of the whole staff but I had one experience and it was not positive and I would not return based on the entire experience. Let the customer know that there additional fees for what you offer. Don't offer an upgrade as if it is just part of the regular program. The part that really gets my goat is that while we were ordering food she asked if we wanted fries, chips or tater tots with the sandwiches and when the bill arrived I was charged an additional $.95 for the tots. When asked to provide extra condiments she never returned even when prompted to do so a second time. The bar was not packed at all but our server was very inattentive and didn't really care to wait on us. Beyond the food the service was lacking a lot as well. The tater tots were soggy and not crisp at all, even though they are additional fee which was not stated. The pizza that came out 20 minutes after the rest of the food had less flavor than a freezer isle snack, thank god the pizza was on sale for $5. The burger itself looked as though it was pressed so hard that it was almost paper thin and crispy. The burger which you think would be the marque sellers here were terrible, horribly overdone. The buffalo dip was mediocre, not awful but the flavors and consistency were poor, possibly I've been spoiled with decent food that this is actually decent but I give the flavors a negative score. ![]() The pretzel bites were burnt and really had no flavor other than the burn flavor, even the cheese dipping sauce couldn't mask the bad taste. We started with a few appetizers, pretzel bites and buffalo chicken dip both were very disappointing. Not one of the 8 in our group had a decent meal or and we all wished we had chosen another pit stop. That is unless you want some good, or even decent chow. While it delivered on that large sports bar feeling with plenty of TV Screens to watch the NFL games, pool tables, dart boards and some fun video games along with a full service bar, perfect for spending some time watching sports with the crew. The experience was a bit disappointing though. This place seemed like the perfect place for our hockey team to get a post game meal and watch playoff football on Sunday. ![]()
